Shipping & Delivery
At ISEDA Natural & Organic Skincare, we’re committed to delivering your order safely and sustainably. All parcels are shipped through Australia Post using plastic-free packaging.
Delivery options:
Orders under $65 – Standard shipping: $10
Orders between $65 and $80 – Standard shipping: $5
Orders over $80 – Free standard shipping
Express shipping – $14 flat rate
All prices are shown in Australian Dollars (AUD).
Shipping Protection
To give you extra peace of mind, we offer optional Shipping Protection for a small fee of $1.50.
This guarantees that if your parcel is lost or damaged in transit, we’ll resend your order at no additional cost. Choosing this protection at checkout ensures your delivery is prioritised for quick resolution.
If you prefer not to add Shipping Protection, please note that any issues such as loss or damage will be handled at ISEDA’s discretion. While we always aim to help, replacements for unprotected orders are not automatically covered.
To make a claim:
Please contact our support team within 7 days of the scheduled delivery date and include your order number, a brief description, and any supporting photos. We’ll review your claim promptly and arrange a replacement where applicable.
Please note:
Shipping Protection does not cover orders with incorrect delivery details or parcels not collected from postal depots. It’s important to double-check your address and collect your parcel promptly once notified.
ISEDA Natural & Organic Skincare reserves the right to update or discontinue the Shipping Protection service at any time. Any changes will be clearly stated on our website and won’t affect existing protected orders.
Refunds & Returns
We want you to love your ISEDA products. Please inspect your order upon arrival and let us know within 7 days if anything is damaged, faulty, or incorrect. Claims made after this period may not qualify for a refund or replacement.
Because our formulations are 100% natural, slight variations in colour, texture, or scent may occur from batch to batch. These natural differences don’t affect product quality and can’t be used as grounds for a return.
To request a refund or exchange, please click HERE. Once your return is received in full, we’ll issue a store credit refund within 30 days.
Return postage costs are the customer’s responsibility unless Returns & Package Protection was purchased, or the products are deemed faulty.
